How do you remove gender from Spanish conversations?

Like many romance languages, the Spanish language often places emphasis on gender. This is most commonly noticed with words ending in the letters “o” and “a”. In an effort to remove gender from conversations, LGBTQIA+, non-binary, and feminist communities in Spanish speaking countries have begun to remove gender from their communication using the following methods.
